Talking about how she prepared for the role, she told Free Press Journal, "I used to follow the body language of the cops whenever I travelled in trains, etc. I have rough Hindi in the show. How do female cop dress up and talk has been done by me well. I watched cops on YouTube. I am hardly wearing a uniform in Hush Hush. I am in my muftis mostly."
